Pickleball Drills & Private Instruction
Our certified pickleball pros and coaches are highly talented and experienced. Drills fill up fast, so please pre-register online through CourtReserve under Events > Categories > Adult Pickleball Drills or by calling 970.879.8400. We must have a minimum of 3 participants for the full 1.5 hours. We will offer the drill for only 2 participants, but the drill will be reduced to one hour. All drills are $30 for 1.5 hours and are level-specific.

Meet Our Pickleball Instructors
Jayson Harris brings his innovative and creative experience from a small business into his new role as Head Pickleball Pro and as Corporate Relations and Sponsorship Manager at the Steamboat Tennis and Pickleball Center in this exciting new season. “I am very eager to combine two of my passions – pickleball and business – in these roles and to use my skills and experience to help develop the pickleball program here. My wife, Hannah, and I have already felt so welcomed by the Steamboat pickleball community, and we are very excited to dive deeper into this town and community,” Jayson said. Grant Hendricks, born in Dallas, Texas, PPR Pickleball coach Grant was introduced to the sport of Pickleball playing with his family in 2019. Now his passion allows him to contribute positively to the sport benefiting the players of Steamboat Springs. His past experience as a local Ski Instructor helps him by bringing out the best in every player on every level. His local property management business allows him to devote a lot of attention to growing Pickleball in the valley while continuing his training as a coach. Barbara Robinson is a PPR Certified Pickleball Coach. She excels as a coach for beginners, from “Learn to Play” to level 3.0 players. Barbara specializes in the soft game of pickleball. Lessons are available for 1-4 players, drills, small group drills, and ball machine drills. All age levels are welcome. To book a lesson, please contact Barbara directly. Sheila Farny has lived in Steamboat Springs with her family since 2006. She and her family love playing in and around an array of sports/games that include bikes, hikes, skis, courts and rivers. Sharing these experiences with others is what makes them memorable. Throughout the years, she has been involved with various sports as a coach, instructor and educator (adaptive skiing, tennis, Special O softball)- Pickleball is her newest sporting endeavor. The attraction to pickleball is that anyone can enjoy this sport and have so much fun right from the start. What other sport can you actually be able to play within an hour or so?
