FAQs

Choosing your meal as well as submitting names and email addresses of your guests should be done during your online ticket purchase. Afterwards, there is no way for you to add that information yourself and you'll need to email us at smash@courtsports4life.org and a committee member will confirm by email.
An RSA account allows you to bid in the auction, be notified if you're outbid, and to check yourself out after the auction closes. We have tried to simplify this process by preloading the contact information for all donors to our capital campaign plus Court Reserve users, who will receive an email invitation that simplifies the registration process. All others can set up an RSA account as part of the ticket purchase process. If not buying tickets, email us at smash@courtsports4life.org to be added to the Bidder List manually. We apologize for this initial inconvenience but we'll all appreciate it during the auction!
All bidding on silent auction items will be done electronically, even at the event, so you don’t have to attend the event to bid. However, the live auction is only for event guests.
Yes, but each bidder account can be associated with only one phone number, but not necessarily the same phone. Logging in to the same account on different devices, though, will log the other user out. Instead, we suggest setting up a Primary and a Secondary user with different emails and different phone numbers where the winnings for both bidders are charged to the Primary user’s credit card. Please email us at smash@courtsports4life.org to set this up.
Please read “The Fine Print” section below.
Unfortunately, CourtReserve and ReadySetAuction are separate systems so the front desk staff can't take your ticket order. However, do let them know or email smash@courtsports4life.org with your phone numbere if you'd like help to place your order and a committee volunteer will call you back.
Our ReadySetAuction system requires immediate checkout by credit card for all online orders, i.e., for tickets, sponsorships, donations, or auction winnings. If you'd prefer to pay by check – and avoid credit card fees, thank you – please email smash@courtsports4life.org with your phone number and the details of your order, including guest names, emails and meal selections. A committee volunteer will get back to you to confirm your order.
Please email smash@courtsports4life.org with additional details for your order, such as guest names, emails and meal selections. A committee volunteer will get back to you to confirm that we received it.
The nonprofits Steamboat Tennis Association (STA) are separate organizations with related missions but separate boards, programs and fundraising events. Please consider supporting them if their missions resonate with you.
Yes! We have many needs in many areas and we want you to be able to support whatever you're passionate about. Please email smash@courtsports4life.org if you'd like to direct the donation value of your sponsorship, cash gifts, or successful auction bids in excess of fair market value to 1) tennis, 2) pickleball, or 3) youth programs. Unrestricted gifts will be used where the funds are most needed. Please consult a tax professional for more information about deductibility.
