What: Party + fundraiser to celebrate and support the Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Complex
When: Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 5:30pm
Who: This party is for everyone – tennis players, pickleball players, parents of young players, nonprofit partners, community supporters … and anyone who loves disco!
Where: Flying Diamond Ranch
TRANSPORTATION: We will provide shuttles from a location close to the Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Complex. Patrons will be emailed details prior to the event.
Why: FUN and FUNdraising! Proceeds from this event will benefit tennis and pickleball players of all ages and abilities by supporting programs and facilities that provide ways to enjoy quality recreation with family and friends. If you enjoy playing at the Steamboat Tennis & Pickleball Center, please come and show your support!
Dinner: Catering by Harwig’s, wine from Brass Kitchen and The Collective Wine Bar, and craft cocktails by Mythology
Dancing: Fan of the Disco Era? Relive the 70s and 80s at our disco-themed party with music you know and love.
Attire: Disco-era costumes are optional, but highly encouraged! Otherwise, “Steamboat semi-formal” or vintage tennis clothing suggested.
How to Buy Tickets
Event tickets are on sale now – don’t wait, as seating is limited!
Register: When you purchase tickets, you’ll need to set up an account in ReadySetAuction, our new ticketing / auction software. Thank you in advance for going through that process – it will make bidding, event check-in, and especially auction check-out much, much faster for everyone!
Meal selection: When you purchase your tickets, you’ll be asked for your guest names (emails optional but very helpful for communications) and to choose a meal for each person. Harwig’s delicious menu offers –
- Beef – Black Angus flat iron / burgundy shallot glace / urfa chimichurri
- Chicken – organic chicken / lemon herb jus / madras emulsion
- Vegetarian – Routt County vegetable terrine / pepita pesto
